Hi, I'm Pri. Taking new clients.

Get strong
without
getting hurt.

I'm an LA coach who has spent years on the gym floor and inside a physical therapy clinic. If you want to get strong and stay healthy while you do it, I'm your coach: in the gym, online and at the dinner table.

  • Coaching since 2020
  • Former lead physical therapy aide
  • PTA student at CBD College
  • Coaching in English y en español

I know the gym.
I also know the clinic.

Most people I've coached want the same two things: to get stronger, and to stop getting hurt along the way. I've spent years on both sides, so you don't have to choose.

I've seen how injuries happen
As lead aide at a physical therapy clinic in San Pedro, I worked next to licensed physical therapists every day, helping patients rebuild. It changed how I program for everyone.
I never stop studying
I'm finishing my physical therapist assistant degree at CBD College. Anatomy and therapeutic exercise aren't something I read about once. I'm in it every week.
I've coached real people since 2020
Beginners, lifters and everyone in between, one-on-one on the gym floor in Culver City and El Segundo. I know what works when life gets busy.
I speak your language
Literally. I coach in English or Spanish, whichever you think in when the last set gets hard.

Beginner, lifter, athlete, 50-plus, coming back from an injury or prepping for your first show? You're in the right place.

Real talk: I learned this the hard way.

When I first started, I had no idea what I was doing. I crash dieted, and it created more problems than results. I've been through it, and I wasted a lot of time figuring things out on my own. That's the whole reason I became a trainer: so you don't have to learn it the hard way.

How I started

  • Crash dieting
  • Guessing what to do
  • More problems than results

How we'll do it

  • Real food, real portions
  • A plan made for your body
  • Results that actually stay

Working with someone who's been there isn't a luxury. It's how you skip the wasted time.

Programming you can measure. Habits you can keep.

Structured, trackable training paired with the everyday habits that make results stick.

  1. Assess

We start with a movement screen, your training and injury history, and what you actually want. No templates, no guessing.

You get a movement screen, a goal map and a history review.

  2. Build

A program built around your body, schedule and equipment, plus nutrition that fits the food you already like.

You get a custom program and, if you want it, a meal plan.

  3. Coach

Every rep coached for form and intent, in person or through video review. Clear cues, real accountability and support on the hard days.

You get sessions or video reviews, messaging and check-ins.

  4. Progress

We re-test, track your numbers and adjust. You'll see the change in how you move, lift and feel.

You get re-assessments and an updated program.

The colors run light to heavy, the way resistance bands progress.

Priscilla Gianola

Hi, I'm Priscilla.

You can call me Pri. I'm a coach, a physical therapist assistant student and a competitor, but mostly I'm a regular person who's messed up, started over and figured it out.

My own mistakes are why I became a trainer. Then I spent time inside a physical therapy clinic in San Pedro, next to licensed physical therapists, and learned the other half: how bodies break down, and how they come back.

So that's how I coach. We start where you are. I'll push you, I'll watch your form like it's my job (it is), and I'll be in your corner on the hard days, in English or en español.

I've also stepped on stage myself, so I know what it takes to train hard, eat with intention and keep showing up. I'll never ask more of you than I ask of myself.

See you on the floor,

Pri

The best program is the one you'll still be doing a year from now.

Questions, answered

I've never really worked out. Is this for me?

Yes. Every plan starts with an assessment, so we build from where you are, not from where a template assumes you should be.

I'm coming back from an injury. Can you help?

If you've finished physical therapy or have clearance from your doctor, yes. Bridging that gap back to full training is where my clinic experience helps most. I'm a coach and PTA student, not a licensed physical therapist, so I don't diagnose or treat injuries. If you're in pain right now, start with a medical provider.

Where do in-person sessions happen?

In the Los Angeles area. We'll settle on a location during your free consult, based on where you are and what you need.

How do the meal plans work?

You tell me what you eat, what you like and how your week runs. I build a plan around real food, including the dishes you grew up with, and we adjust as you go. Meal plans support general health and performance. They aren't medical nutrition therapy, so if you have a medical condition, bring in your doctor or a registered dietitian.

Do I have to diet hard to see results?

No. I tried that when I started, and crash dieting gave me more problems than results. We'll build meals and habits you can actually keep, and that's where the results come from.

Do you coach in Spanish?

Claro que sí. Sessions, check-ins and meal plans are all available in Spanish.

How fast will I see results?

You'll usually feel changes in how you move before you see them in the mirror. Visible change takes consistent months, not 30 days, and I'll always be straight with you about timelines.

What happens on the free consult?

A 15-minute call about your goals, history and schedule. If we're a good fit, I'll recommend a plan. If we're not, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
